A newsletter, invitation, and attendance tracking system at events may be implemented by the SOCODA Group, which is the data controller. The purpose of this recording, which contains personal data (name, first name, job function, phone, email…), is the organizational and promotional management of events. Only Management and staff concerned with the event are authorized to access the communicated or recorded data. We inform that we may enrich our data with public information. The data retention period is set at 3 years after inactivity. The legal basis for the use and processing of personal data is based on the consent of the concerned contacts or our legitimate interest as a central purchasing office.

5. Job Offer Publication

As part of job offer publication, personal data on the recruitment manager may be collected by the SOCODA Group (which is the data controller) for the purpose of job advertisement management and publication. This information may be publicly shared. The maximum data retention period is set by the ad issuer, who specifies to the SOCODA Group the end of the publication. The legal basis for the use and processing of your personal data is based on the consent of the recruiter.

Only staff in relation with potential distributors are authorized to access the communicated or recorded data. The maximum data retention period is set at 3 years after inactivity of the relationship. The legal basis for the use and processing of personal data may be based on the consent of the concerned contacts or our legitimate interest as a central purchasing office. We note that, in rare cases, we may enrich our potential member data with public information (e.g., from the trade register). Non-commercial inquiries will be retained for a maximum of 6 months.
