Participatory governance:
In 2020, the SOCODA Group entered a new era with the arrival of Pauline Mispoulet as Chairperson of the Executive Board, and with the renewal of the Managing Directors of the Steel, Plumbing-Heating, Professional Tools and Industry divisions.
The group is governed by an Executive Board and a Supervisory Board, supported on a day-to-day basis by the Managing Directors of its divisions.
